about our BUSINESS

We produce delicious pastil with variety of flavors.

A filipino-packed rice meal made with steamed rice wrapped in banana leaves with dry shredded beef, chicken, or fish is known as Pastil. In Mindanao, especially among Muslim Filipinos, it is a well-liked, reasonably priced breakfast option that comes from the Maguindanao people. This local delicacy has been a constant throughout the lives of many. It's a common sight in the heart of Central Mindanao, Cotabato City. Additionally, pastil can be consumed alone or with other foods. The kagikit, which can be either fish or beef, is what makes up the dish. Typically, it is shredded beef or chicken. Adobo-style cooking is used for the meat. It is first cooked in a pot of water until it is tender, then it is allowed to cool before being shredded into thin strips. Shredded beef is added to the pan with the garlic and onions after the onions have become translucent. Black pepper, Labuyo chilies, soy sauce, and salt are all added and simmered until the liquid is gone. You can also use shredded grilled fish, typically katipa (walking catfish) or dalag (common snakehead). To help the white rice keep its shape, a small amount of glutinous rice is recommended. Normally, the mixture is steamed. The interior surfaces of the banana leaves are coated with oil after being wilted over an open flame to make them supple. The thick cylinder-shaped rice is then laid atop the leaves, either with a strip of the meat filling running along its length or covering one of its sides. The leaf's ends are then tucked inside as it is wrapped around the mixture. Pastil is typically served as a side dish with vegetables soaked in vinegar, such as cucumbers or togue, to balance the saltiness of the kagikit. A hard-boiled egg could be served to complete the meal. As a result, we have decided to add a serving twist where you can modify the toppings, add a side dish, and select your preferred drinks. Furthermore, we would like to give you the best food we can to serve you the mouthwatering and satisfying food you deserve. This is why we would like to call our establishment "Pastilicious on the go." Thus, what you need to do is come to us, unwind, and order the meal you desire.
